the room is very nice. room temperature is adjustable. Coffee in the lobby is very much appreciated. The employee at frontdesk is not helpful. barely talked. He's always sitting in front of the tv in the lobby & theres no one in the frontdesk. Also, i paid the room to Travelocity in advance but i got charged to by hotel. i didn't get reimbursed yet. The staff at hotel said they will refund my money back to my account but id dont know when.

This hotel has an added ""feature"" that the electricity to your room is off until you are in it and you have to leave your room key in a slot to get the Air to come on. I checked in late and had to sleep in a 90 degree room. Very Unpleasant.
