  Okay hotel, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If there is a problem with your reservation this location will take your money anyway. They will change your reservation, give you a confirmation number, and promise you a refund. You'll never see the refund. They will then refuse to return your phone calls and will not answer their mail. Holiday Inn may be a good company, but this location is NOT reputable.

  The hotel is under renovation, so the rooms are ok. internet access is supposed to be wireless, but it is spotty - i had to go to the lobby to use ...

  The hotel is under renovation, so the rooms are OK. Internet access is supposed to be wireless, but it is spotty - I had to go to the lobby to use my computer.
